I guess they chose to transfer you to a less busy one ;) I'm getting more and more jealous seeing some September applicants getting their interview notices, knowing I was originally one of them! But it is what it is and I'm happy to see your cases moving on!

Don’t worry. You will get yours soon. At least we all know things are moving faster than before. Good luck on your process 😊🍀

I love you because the entire universe conspired to help me find you ❤️

Now I'm a November filler, I'll have to be a little more patient at least and cross fingers that this time everything runs smoothly ;)

I'm just curious how we are already seeing some interviews scheduled. Other than last time around when I followed the September and preceding groups quite closely, I don't have my finger on the pulse so well. So I'm uber confused, but happy for those who have interviews scheduled. Looks like some of these cases won't even need EAP/AP cards cause the green card will precede it? 🤔

Some offices don't have a lot of applicants compared to the major cities, so they are able to process the cases faster. And yes some people could have just sent the AOS petition by itself because their GC will be processed before their EAD, these are the lucky ones :D

Hi Everyone!

I've been lurking since our filing date September 4th but never really posted. Just wanted to say I refreshed the app today and was surprised to see our EAD changed to "New card is Being Produced" as of yesterday! We did try to expedite our AP back in November but no luck. Does anyone know if our EAD include our AP as well even if there is no update online for it?

Hey hey

I dont think that AP will be with EAD

And yes, i think thats your expedite request works, we also made an expedite request in november and on monday had the same status, yesterday it changed to card was mailed to me.

Just an advise to everyone: if you have real reason to expedite, just push on them and you will get it. Ive been pushing on them for last month, and ive got it. Meantime they were sending me crazy answers with no sence, and last time i even had a rude representative,so i asked to connect me with supervisor and left feedback. After that my status changed. So waiting for my EAD card in mailbox.

We only applied to expedite our advance parole so that we can travel sooner so I wonder why they approved EAD first when that's not even what we applied to expedite. Congrats on getting your EAD

They probably approved both EAD/AP since you asked for an expedite AP. If you have your EAD card it's usually a combo card  that include AP as well ;)
