For me the process took 2 and a half months i applied for AOS at the begging of september. I had my biometrics taken on october 1st and shortly after that i had my interview notice in the mail.

Took alittle over a month for it to update for me. Then it moved quickly to interview scheduled.

I m using http://egov.uscis.gov/ and http://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ the problem is every website give different date
