I’m Sept 7 and I still haven’t heard anything ... how do you find the average days per country? I’m Canadian

Go to your timeline and click on the "Show Similar Timelines" button, then scroll down a bit and there will be some tabular data, look for the Avg Days from NOA1 to NOA2, I believe this is calculating based on people around your same NOA1 date (+/- a certain # of days) as well as similar Country.

For you I see it showing 145, very similar to my 144

hi~everyone we just found out we got an RFE by phone call last night

.but Uscic gave us a T1BorTIB number ~I dont know what I can do about this number

Did they sent your rfe or they haven't sent it yet. I am waiting for an RFE as well. But it was not even sent. Tier 2 said " they are still thinking about it " I am like " yeah take your time , we are not waiting enough just add some more time to it". Frustrating

Sometimes when this happens they will take your file to their supervisor to ensure that the "item" in question deserves an RFE or do they need to take a different course of action. But, i'm sure the supervisor is just waiting for your file so they can get right to it.

They told me it has been two weeks with the supervisor. My question is how much longer it will take. Last time I had my case with supervisor I was denied. So I have reasons to be concerned about the supervisor part. You mentioned "the supervisor is waiting" what do you mean by that ?

Just following up on your comment, " I am like " yeah take your time , we are not waiting enough just add some more time to it" .  That's all.

ey just told us to wait untll 3/17 if we still not get the mail.then call back.

I worried they just send the mail to the wrong address. but still want us to wait untll 3/17

then they will send the mail again~

Here is the online form: https://egov.uscis.gov/coa/displayCOAForm.do

It's what USCIS says to do (see "Have pending applications or petitions..." row): https://www.uscis.gov/addresschange

Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Thanks

Just found out they sent us a letter for an RFE yesterday. They can’t tell us what it is for and said just wait for the letter :(( I hope it’s nothing difficult. I burst out crying when I heard.

Hopefully it's nothing too big of a deal, at least you know they finally looked at your case and are moving forward!
