Not really sure.  I understand if the avg is 200 days and you're at 150 that there isn't reason to sweat, but we're at +30 over the avg now, your post seems to indicate that is when it is time to "check your progress"

Trying not to get too frustrated, but I am.

I called NVC and they don't have our paperwork in the system yet. It's been a month now.

What bothers me the most is that people that filed after us are well on their way, but we are stuck in limbo somewhere.  That is what frustration me the most.

Just venting...I understand they have lots to deal with, but we have a short window here valid until 6-4.

They will extend the expiration date if needed..NVC is backed up because USCIS is working faster...this is kind of a normal thing now since january. Hang in there..should not be too much longer..

I truly understand.  There is very little more frustrating than watching people go through the process faster and have no understanding of why.  I felt the same way.  Getting from NOA2 to NVC has been the most frustrating wait for me so far!  After NOA2 you think you're in the clear and then... longer than anticipated wait times 😧 .  Mine took 32 days from NOA2 to NVC case number so I hope yours will be really soon!! Hang in there :) This will make your reunion just that much sweeter!
