Hang in there guys! I was one of the somewhat early approvals last year (we filed September 2017) and I got that notification on March 13. Right now we're not even in March yet so I can pretty confidently say that all September filers from 2017 would be very jealous of your much more speedy processing times. :) With that said I do understand that you're getting impatient because you compare to all the September filers who already have been approved in this round, but please keep the hope up.

Advice from someone down the road - If you're the beneficiary, spend as much time as you can with family, friends and other important people that you won't be able to see as often after you move, and focus on this for now. If you're the petitioner, enjoy a few months of not having a spouse who's ALWAYS THERE ON THE COUCH everyday when you get home for months and months after they have arrived ;) I had my eyes so fixed on the NOA2 so I know it's not easy (I remember absolutely hating the weekends because no approvals would come through in the scans) but you'll be together in the end and that's what matters.

This is good information!

Hey all, I'm new to the forum, but been following the conversations. Decided to join so I have people to talk to about this, and not to bore all the people around me. 🤗

We filed our petition in late September and just got NOA2 2/21. We feel very lucky!
The night before I had just read many many people getting theirs, and I decided that I will just start prepping everything for the interview so that I have something to do.. Little did I know that in 5 hrs, while I was asleep my Fiance got a notice that our petition was approved.

What I wanted to say, is that it is pain in the butt to wait and have zero ways to make things go faster, but it will go forward at some point - and when it does it is all worth it. Good luck and patience for everyone waiting!

📔K1-visa petition filed 9/2018
K1-visa approved 4/2019
🏠Move to WA 5/2019

I hope your NOA2 will come any day now. Have you made any inquiry to date or?

Not able to make an official inquiry for another 30-45 days.

I'm calling right now just in case something happened last week and something is in the mail, but not much we can do yet.

Ah I see. Calling is a good idea. I hope you hear good news or at least get a clear answer.

I was stalking the 200+ day club and some of them who already got their NOA2 didn’t even received an RFE before they received it. It just literally took more days than the others. No criminal history/record too. Makes me wonder why but that’s USCIS. 🤔

Comment was half facetious.  However looks like we're nearing 2/3 approval for Sept for users on this site, and very few active users on this specific thread haven't been approved yet, so regardless of "official" processing times, it's easy to get frustrated, this process doesn't always lend itself to rationality, either on my side or USCIS side.

The process does show rationality and I just explained why in a discussion I am having in another thread of how simple this process is and how "we" put so much pressure on OUR expectations and we become disillusioned because USCIS is not meeting what "we" expect. Here is the link if you would like to follow up on my explanation.
