Hello everyone,

I’m an October filer and I want to ask.  My fiancé and I going to have a baby soon, when I submit the K1 application we didn’t know that she was pregnant so the application don’t say anything that we are going to be parents. Should I inform USCIS that she is pregnant? what should I do?

thanks

No - it won't make a difference. They don't care if people are expecting a baby.

Thanks. One last question. Can only the petitioner call or the beneficiary as well?

I called following the instructions and they said the petitioner needed to be present to discuss the case. Is that normal? Is that bad news?

I think that’s pretty typical, each time i called they said you either had to be the petitioner or have the petitioner present.

Petitioner has to be present
Throughout your entire immigration, whoever is filing needs to be the one on the phone. USCIS won't say peep without them
It's just a safety measure. Doesn't mean anything against your case.
So have your significant other call and check up on y'all's case :)
