That was gonna be my next suggestion. lol I use Brave browser on Android (not sure if it's on App Store for Apple) and I've had no issues, but I'm glad you found one that works!

This happens to me sometimes as well. Just close out the tab and reopen it. Or you can also try to close all working apps, and reopen safari (or whatever you’re using)

TBH I know i should check both often but the new website is so tedious with it's two step authentication factor so I normally just check the old website. Besides, I've seen a lot of people mostly either get the notice in the mail and no updates on the websites, or it shows on the old one (and they see it via the apps etc) but the new one is still not updated. So I somewhat trust the old one over the new one. I feel they haven't fully gotten used to updating the new one when they approve them. lol

Most wait till the get the actually paper copy of the NOA1 and use that date.

That drop down is out of date so just use any city like you have. No one is too concern with that as much as they are trying to figure out how to answer your questions if they don't know your EMbassy. Thanks.
