Hey guys! Was anyone else getting the emails every month informing you that your case had no updates? (I’m sure you guys were). I haven’t gotten mine for January yet!!

Expand

My fiancé haven´t gotten any of them, even though he were signed up for the e-notifications, but I read that it kinda varied. Buut I sure hope that since you have and it haven´t come in for January yet that it is a good sign! :D

I´m starting to get so impatient! I kinda know that there most likely still is a month/weeks to go, but with August having quite a few approvals I just can´t help but to get my hopes up that Septembers NOA2 could be just around the corner! And now a month seem craaaaazy long wait 😅

It’s so weird I get them every month since i filed at 6:42 AM every time😂 but not yet this month! 🤞🏼 I know in my logical part of my brain I’ll probably get the email next week but deep down I’m like “omg maybe it’s because they’re working on my case” 😅 just hoping we all at least hear something by February or March! 🙏🏼

I think they actually come every 2 weeks unless USCIS changed things. They come from "new" USCIS website if you registered for updates there.

Ohh I didn’t know there is an App?! Also does anyone know which is the new site vs the old site? I always get confused.

We signed up for enotifications too but never got an email, just a text for NOA

First post on the forum....been reading/browsing for many months.  I am US petitioner, fiance is in the Philippines.  NOA1 is Sep 14 so joining everyone in anticipation as our NOA2 hopefully approaches soon.

The "old" site I believe is this: https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

"New" site I believe ihttps://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ (need to create an account and two factor authentication for every login).

Old site (also the data source for all 'USCIS case tracker' apps): https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

Newhttps://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ (you have to create an account and add your case # to it)

Neither is more reliable (and it's very possible you won't see anything on either, and will have to just wait for the physical mail). For a while it looked like they were phasing out the "old" site, but that trend seems to have reversed itself and there are still lots of cases that show up on only one (or much earlier on one than the other).

There is nothing reliable for USCIS as it pertains to getting emails, website updates or even mail. Your mileage is always going to vary with USCIS.

Hello fellow September filers! My receipt date was September 4th and no new updates, but the reason I am posting is because I can’t access the timelines on my iPhone. I get an advertising redirect (see attachment). I searched and didn’t find any threads or forums pertaining to timeline issues. Has anyone else had this problem or know a solution? I’ve tried Safari and Chrome. Thank you!

Unfortunately, being a redirect the pop-up blocker was of no use. I did however download the DuckDuckGo browser and it is working perfectly (all ads are gone). I dare say I won’t use any other browser again!
