I will advise you complete your medicals then try it again and you how network can be in Nigeria but like you said go to water carinton in vi those business center guys should be able to help. And pls how much did you pay for police report and medicals?

The K-1 process is quite strange. For a time, it is both a non-immigrant and immigrant visa type. That is why the links (what you received in the email) will send you the process for immigrant which would be the I-864 and DS-260 even though it truly is a non-immigrant visa requiring I-134 and the DS-160. As you go through the stages, within the NVC system you look up your file under immigrant (ceac.state.gov/). It stays that way until after your interview and the approval and your visa is ready for issue. At that point, it changes over to non -immigrant. It truly is a non-immigrant visa with immigrant intent

Yes it will be sent to embassy. But, urs shouldn't be in that batch since u just received ur nvc number. 

Nvc needs about 2 weeks from the date u get nvc number to do there thing then send it to embassy.

your case should be sent early November batch. Which is what I'm expecting also.

We really hope that our application is sent out tomorrow or Wednesday.  The Ghanaian embassy is not a fun embassy to deal with when it comes to speediness.  Regardless, one step forward feels like miles!!  Good luck everyone!

This came to me overnight and what you need to do is wait 12 to 24 hours before the payment is posted and connected back to the Embassy and your case. Try again today.

Will it matter that I have my medical before the case arrives? Or is that just relevant for the interview?

As long as u can show them proof u have received ur case number u should be good. Was given this info rom another member as I was concerned about it also.

if u don't have the email in hand at time of appointment just show them the the web page. It will show at nvc, in transit or ready.
