There’s no way I could deal with the phone thing.

I have emailed NVC twice and still haven't recieved any reply from them..

What email address did you use? And how many days did you wait for their reply?

Most embassies won't allow u to schedule interview until they have received petition. Some have been lucky and been able to schedule while in transit tho.

Well my petition was approved Sept 29th. 

And emailed them the first time on Sunday Oct 7th and again today. 

Should I wait for the email reply or should I just call next week for my case number?? It will be 15 days after the approval.

My NOA2 was issued September 14th.

 

I emailed the NVC with that link on October 3rd. 

 

Today I got a response with my new case # and they said I would be notified when my case is sent to the assigned U.S. Embassy/Consulate General.

 

Every case/country will probably have a different timeline.

 

If you have already emailed, just wait and you will eventually get a response.  After waiting 8 months for the NOA2, a few more weeks is no big deal, right? 😉

Yes after so many months of waiting I just want everything to be done..

We wanted to get the case number to be able to schedule the medical appointment. 

But it will all be God's will. 😇

After waiting 15 months for NOA2 I suppose I should be used to more waiting! Hopefully soon though 🙂

Not really needed during the interview but just secure a copy of it incase it will be asked.

Yesterday my status changed to "Ready"! 

 

Even better news, i went to check whether any earlier interview appointments were available. Must have had God on my side as i found one for the 7th of November. Hopefully make it over there for thanksgiving now! 

 

This process takes time and is incredible frustrating but when you stop stressing and realise that its not really in your hands its so much easier, trust me. Good luck to all still waiting

This is what it looks like right now. But before last night there was only the 27th and later available. Im not sure if more came available once my status changed to "ready" or if it was just a coincidence.

THats awesome. I'm just trying to gauge time frame for fiancé. We should receive nvc number any day now. So medical hopefully be mid November and interview early December. 

Only time will tell tho..

When I called the clinic in London it sounded like they had a lot of free dates available for November so hopefully you should get a medical mid month with no problems. Getting exciting now!
