Hi @Greenbaum  the current i134 form

expires on November 30,2018 and I’m getting an interview date of December.

By when do you think will the USCIS release the new form applicable in December from your experience??

U will have sent it in prior to the expiration date. Won't be a issue.

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

Hi @BJ & Christine Actually I won’t have. In India you have to carry the i134 form when you go for your interview and not before that. Since I’m getting a Interview date of December so my question. Maybe in UK you submit the form before but not in India. Thanks anyways.

There is no clear answer to that. I have seen some that have been updated prior to the expiration date of the old form and I have seen some take a year or more to update. No one knows. You are going to be fine with the current form. Usually, they let you use the old one for a few months and then they cut you off to use the new form. It just depends on the author.

Okay , thanks. What do you mean by it depends on the author?

So, If I have a Interview date in December and there ia no new version of form on website - then I use the old one??

The form has an "author" and it can be DOS, USCIS etc and they decide the cut-off dates.

So, If I have an Interview date in December and there is no new version of the form on the website - then I use the old one?? Yup. That's kinda what I said.
