Hello everyone, so we've been waiting for our case to get "Ready" for 8days now. We got our case # on 27th. When do you think will the NVC send the next batch of cases to US Embassy Manila? Also, they only gave us 1 case number even we have K2, Is that normal?

First thing is you do not need to be waiting to start the process for USEM. Here is what you will need.

Once you receive your case number it's time to be in charge of what time you choose when things get done. To smooth that trail for you I have a few things that will help you process your visa there in the Philippines.

Start by visiting Hanks site where he has taken the time and research, and of course it helps if you spent 8 plus years helping folks in the Philippines sub-forum get their visas, where he has listed each step. With those steps he includes the what, when and why to completing the item. Many have used the website and have had little or NO problems securing a visa from USEM.

Next you'll want to connect with those who are processing through the Philippines in the VJ Philippines sub-forum that way you will be with like minded ppl who are sharing their experiences and also asking and answering questions. Since most in this thread are processing through another country they would be hard pressed to explain what is needed for the Philippines.

You'll find this on Hank's website but I will give it to you early and that is the Packet 3 Letter for USEM. It's found here:

https://ph.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/fiancee-visa/the-interview/

Here is the Packet 3 letter.

There you have it. Everything you need to get your visa. Good luck and smooth sailing.

Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline or your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Thanks

Also, they only gave us 1 case number even we have K2, Is that normal? If you look toward the bottom of the NOA2 letter you will see the case numbers for all those traveling. Mom will be first so 01 and Children's names will follow 02, 03 etc.

This "confirmation page" is the direct page once you confirmed appointment date. You should be able to print it on the same website, once you go into appointment details, there is an option to "print instructions"

@Jack & Samantha , or anyone else who has done this, can you please tell me if this is what the PTT confirmation is and the interview payment receipt? This is literally the ONLY thing I can find on ais.usvia-info site

Thank you so much @Greenbaum! but on our NOA2 there is no case number indicated. do you  mean NVC letter? We are worried because we are thinking our son might not be included in the petition but we are very sure that my F included the name of our son on I-129F form.

Do you have a copy of the I-129f form that you submitted with your application? Does it show that he is on the I-129f?

Ok. So that's the good part. Now call USCIS on Monday and ask about not seeing your K-2 approved on the NOA2 with a case number assigned.

Hello,

Filling My DS-160, im not a citizen from Dominican Rep. about this question: Your National ID Number is a unique number that your government provides. The U.S. Government provides unique numbers to those who seek employment (Social Security Number) or pay taxes (Taxpayer ID).

Can I use the number of the country where I from or my Residency Number/work permit, etc. from Dominican Republic?

Hello,

I have another Question about the I-134:

- part 3 question 38. Do we tick the box intend or do not intend or we leave unticked?

I read somewhere to leave it unticked and write N/A (K1 visa process for permanent residence). Is that correct?

Thank you
