This has to be the most nerve wrecking process I have ever seen. How do they rationalize this....People get NOA2 and sent to NVC at the end of September are already on the way to the embassy and we ours was received by NVC mid September and still sitting there decorating someone's desk. Seriously can we get some things moving. I was expecting movement at a much faster rate at this stage,  but it's feeling like we are starting all over again and driving me nuts.

Wow that's rough. I remember your NOA2 was before mine. Did you at least get a case number from them yet?

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

wait
wāt/
verb
verb: wait; 3rd person present: waits; past tense: waited; past participle: waited; gerund or present participle: waiting
  1. 1.
stay where one is or delay action until a particular time or until something else happens.
"he did not wait for a reply"
    synonyms:

hold on, hold back, bide one's time, hang fire, mark time, stand by, sit tight, hold one's horses

Must be from urban dictionary. Never heard it before...

but, I'll give it a shot.

thanks

1. Is Question 26a referring to the beneficiary (me) in this process at this moment or is about previous petitions ?

The I-134 is primarily for the petitioner and his/her information.  So the beneficiary's information goes in that set of blocks.

2. We are filling a second form I-134 for a co-sponsor, what is this person supposed to answer in question 38?

So this is for the co-sponsor by submitting this form and acting as the co-sponsor they need to commit to supporting beneficiary if the beneficiary does not have the where with all to be supported by the petitioner or that the beneficiary can support themselves. So the answer is "I intend".

Thank you 🙏🏻

How do you book your interview while nvc says petition is in transit? I perhaps wrongly assumed that you could only do so after receiving a letter from the embassy or something.
