Based on what you have stated answer the question yes.

I just don't know if the question is asking if I want to practice dentistry without a license. What do you think?

Hi!

I asked NVC for the processing time from NVC to US Emabassy in Japan and I got reply from them and now I am so confused!

Do I need to fill out DS 261???? Can I just igonore this???

Here is reply from NVC

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The NVC can't give an overall processing time because we don't know how long it will take someone to complete and send required documents. For current processing times, please visit our website at nvc.state.gov/submit (English) or nvc.state.gov/enviar/espanol (Spanish). We will send more information after completing our review.

To continue processing your immigrant visa case, you will need to designate an agent. Please complete Form DS-261 (Online Choice of Address and Agent). We will send instructions for paying the immigrant visa application fee after processing your DS-261. We will send all future correspondence to the agent you selected.

If the principal applicant is under the age of sixteen, the principal applicant's parent or guardian may sign the form.

Please complete and submit Form DS-261 at http://ceac.state.gov.

For more information regarding the immigrant visa application fee, or for answers to frequently asked questions, visit http://nvc.state.gov for English orhttp://nvc.state.gov/espanol for Spanish.

For your case to continue, you need to pay one or more processing fees. Please go to http://ceac.state.gov and log in with your case number and your invoice ID number. Here are your numbers:

I guess nobody knows the answer?

Check the website for the US Embassy in Poland for instructions as that is where your interview will take place.

EVIDENCE OF SUPPORT. You should be able to demonstrate that you will not become a public charge or be a burden on the U.S. taxpayers for financial support. A completed I-134 Affidavit of Support Form K1/K2 Interview Preparation Instructions – English (February 2014)  Page 3 of 9 with original signature will be useful to the consular officer to evaluate your petitioner’s ability to be financially responsible for you. You should also submit your petitioner’s most recent U.S. Federal income tax return (Form 1040) and wage statements (Form W-2). Employment letters stating salaries and bank statements may be included to substantiate the I-134.

Thanks for your usual help. Why Poland? I'm from Belize :)

I have a quick question, We submitted the Affidavit of Support with our I129f as per our lawyer. Will we have to resubmit it to the NVC? And I am slightly confused as to what documents we need to send to the NVC before they send the petition to the Embassy. I have a quick question, We submitted the Affidavit of Support with our I129f as per our lawyer. You both can fill out the DS-160 together but the beneficiary is the one to submit the form once completed.
