I have a quick question, We submitted the Affidavit of Support with our I129f as per our lawyer. Will we have to resubmit it to the NVC? And I am slightly confused as to what documents we need to send to the NVC before they send the petition to the Embassy. I have a quick question, We submitted the Affidavit of Support with our I129f as per our lawyer. Yes you will resubmit but with attention to additional documents that will be needed.

Thank you, we did include all the supporting documents mentioned here with the I-134/I129f.  I have a copy of everything I sent so hopefully it will be an easy transition.... appreciate the info

You're a non-immigrant and you complete the DS-160.

You both can fill out the DS-160 together but the beneficiary is the one to submit the form once completed.
