Others with a similar NOA2 date are probably with NVC now too, hopefully. 💕:)

Hope you're all having a good day.

Distance is no demon,

Often I think it can be a blessing for those in love,

a silent, underappreciated blessing.

It will have no power over us.

When you come stumbling to my door after months, with flowers and wine in hand,

I will be ready.

When I pick you up from the airport, the feeling will be unmatched,

that feeling like birds bursting in song from beneath my lungs,

that feeling unlike any other.

We have to stay strong and remember what is most important;

I love you, and you, me.

The air between us is nothing but a metaphor.

Nothing, not one thing, can come between us.

1. The key word is FILED. Not approved or completed. So has anyone ever FILED for you besides your current petitioner (in this case,  you = beneficiary). If so YES, if not NO. Most answer it NO as they have never had a case FILED for them prior to their current petitioner.

2. You can answer YES as you will have had all your vaccinations prior to your interview.

3. In the new revised I-134 form dated 2018 - Question #38 now regards contributions.  You leave the yes/no boxes "unchecked" and your explanation is submitted in Part 7 on page 8 of the new form.

You will do this:

3.a. "Page 4"

3.b. "Part Number 3"

3.c. "Item Number 38"

3.d. "N/A (K1 Visa Process For Permanent Residence)"

4. P.S. No this form is for all Embassy's and is NOT Embassy specific but all Embassy's are required to request the DS-160 form from the applicant.

Okay so you mean to say I should write the above info in the current i-134 form and leave the intend/do not intend boxes as unchecked and give explanation in additional info?

Yes. The form is trying to be all things to all visas and it can't. That question is more geared to the CR-1 marriage visa and not the K-1. So the work around, to not leave it "blank" is to respond as I have posted.

As noted before the cases are leaving NVC every other Tuesday. Next batch is leaving 10/3. How do we know, because we have followed this trend for 2 months now and NVC hasn't change their SOP. This does not include electronic cases or isolated cases but the majority of cases are following this pattern.

Ah. I didn't see that.  Do you mean October 2nd though?

What should I respond? I'm gonna marry and stay there for ever I guess!

Now my question is when they ask about APPLICATION RECEIPT/ PETITION NUMBER.

It says Your application receipt/petition number was given to you by the Department of Homeland Security’s United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) after you filed your petition application at a USCIS Service Center. The application receipt/petition number is 13 characters long and the first three characters are letters.

This seems to be the WAC number and not the NVC receipt number, right?
