Just an update.....the interview was on the 13th at London embassy. We were approved the same day and as of this morning, en route to Scotland. Pick up will be Monday. London works fast. I was initially worried the holidays would slow then down but not the case. BTW, ceac states ISSUED and it skipped AP. Sending ya'll some positive vibes

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

Well you did make it short and sweet and now 3 million K-1's are confused. You need to "spoon" feed these folks as the shotgun approach does not work.

Anyway, I am glad this is behind you guys. All the best and thanks for having my back during your time here. Much appreciated.

Lmmfao😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂

are u sure that a shotgun will work? Was thinking more of a civil war type cannon myself.😜

I know now for a fact if people would just READ they wouldn't need to ask questions (as much).

Its not really a hard process at all. It's the waiting that gets to people. I do understand that part. The unknown is always the worst part. As I have stated thru this whole process STAY BUSY.

If people would do this and listen. The process will go so much smoother.

I back and support port anyone who goes well out of there way to assist us going thru this process.

Now its time to gather the info needed for AOS, even tho that's still a few months away before it's filed. Then do it all again in 2yrs.

For anyone taking the time to read this, my suggestion to y'all is this..

Once you have ur 2 yr green card. Start getting everything in order to become a naturalized citizen. It may cost a tad more then a 10 yr green card but, it's the last time u have to do it. In the long run saves your butt 💰 💰💰💰💰

Hey everyone,

Just have a quick question regarding the flu vaccine.

I had my medical and she said all I would need was the flu vaccine. As I was clearly not thinking straight,  I opted to get it elsewhere, thinking that it would be relatively simple...that doesn't seem to be the case haha.
Getting the flu shot IS simple, however finding somewhere to provide me with PROOF that I have been given it is the troublesome part.

I assumed I could just go to my GP but my GP receptionist said that they don't give it to patients unless they qualify for the free one under the NHS. She suggested Boots or another pharmacy.

Boots said that they can provide me with a receipt, but I'm just not sure if that is enough.

Has anyone had the same issue, or is the receipt fine and acceptable as proof? Does anyone have any advice on where to go?

I am struggling to find answers in other forums so if anyone has an answer or can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it!

thanks in advance!

I hadn’t mine at Boots and I just provided a receipt and a photocopy of the form you and the pharmacist fill out. That was it you will be fine with that :)

A receipt is acceptable but you now need to have it transposed to the I-693 when you file in the US for your AOS. You will have to call around to different CS's to determine who will transpose this from your DS-3025 and your flu shot receipt to the I-693. Cost is $75 to $100. You can find places here in the US that give the flu shot to you for free. Or maybe, once you are on your portioner's health insurance you can get it then.

My interview is on Wednesday and I’ve just got the instruction email from the embassy. It says to bring the DS-260 confirmation page (not Ds-160) but when I go to fill that out it doesn’t give an option of K1 in the visa category - anyone else’s experience this? Trying to contact that but can’t get through right now

Hi guys!

I read here:

http://www.lovevisalife.com/k-1-fiance-visa-port-of-entry/

That "If you are entering with your U.S. Citizen fiance(e), it is OK for you (and K-2) to accompany your fiance(e) in the the U.S. Citizen line. On the other hand, if you are alone, you should go through the non-U.S. Citizen line"

I will be entering at LAX and I wanted to make sure that is true.

Thank you in advance for any info 😊

For us it was no problem at all. We just brought our 160 😊

But what about the DS-260? I’ve been asked to fill that out and bring with me too?
