Hi, everyone. I have a question about K1 I-129F check list:)
These are forms and documents that we prepared.

1. personal check $ 535
2. passport photos (Petitioner and Beneficiary)
3. G-1145 (Notification of Acceptance)
4. I-129F
5. I-129F supplement : Part 2, Q34.a
6. US citizenship (Petitioner)
7. Passport photocopies (Petitioner and Beneficiary)
8. Letter certifying intent to marry (Petitioner and Beneficiary)
9. Proof of having met in person in the past two years
(airline/bus/train/concert tickets, ESTA and photos)
10. Proof of ongoing relationship
(Instagram post, skype histories, messenger logs, and photos)

The question is, should Beneficiary submit any other certificate? (ex. birth/basic/family relation certificate or police report - we don't have any thing reported)
and should Petitioner submit affidavit at this first phase?

Or do you think we're ready..?
Thank you 1f642.png:)

Some websites that I visited during the K1 Visa process still included the I-134 Form as a requirement. This is the form filled out by the Petitioner which shows that they have the financial ability to support a spouse and children if that is the situation. I included it.

The I-134 is not reviewed for the I-129F petition, and would likely be outdated by the time of the interview given that I-129F processing is taking ~6-8 months currently.

The beneficiary will have to provide proof of their current citizenship. Whether that's the initial petition or not i dont recall. but you have to have it anyways, its not a big deal to make a copy and toss in another piece of paper.

It used to be required with the I-129F, but not anymore..it will come into play with the embassy now.

The agency I'm working with said we don't need to send our message logs etc. since we are not at the stage of proving the relationship valid. However, you do need to send in proof of having met in person in the last two years.
