You keep talking abou the money while your bigger problem is that they didn‘t believe you have a bona fide relationship!!

If I were you I would just gather as much evidence as possible to be able to overcome it!

It‘s gonna be a fairly long and uphill battle I would say

What everyone is trying to express to you is that your FIRST concern should be the money. If you cannot show them you can support yourself, the proof of the relationship is useless.

Income can always be overcome with a co sponsor or assets.

For whatever reason, they do not believe you have a bonafide relationship, which is a MUCH harder obstacle to overcome.

You've only seen each other twice? Am I reading that correctly? You need more in person time together.

I am not agree with you. I think seen twice is more than enough. Most of South Asian people only meet during wedding that's it still get visa. He meet up twice within year.

Did you read this: "Our office is also in process of sending this case back to National Visa Center recommending revocation of the petition for not establishing the bona fides of the relationship.'' "???

The best cure for this denial is more time spent together...

It's not my application. I'm here same as you.

whatever.

its obvious, because the RFE/denial/whatever SAYS so, that they do not believe it is a bonafide relationship.

How to overcome that?

ACTUALLY SEE EACH OTHER.

Pretty much any other RFE can be overcome - be it money, missing documents, or even, in all but the worst cases, criminal records.

Seeing more doesn't mean it fullfil bonafide

Actually, it is the STRONGEST indication of a bona fide relationship......time spent together normally overcomes all other red flags...

Sure. but all we know is what OP said and what the RFE says. And (we're speaking in circles here and I'm about over it)... the most obvious way to overcome that issue is with MORE FACETIME. and not the phone app kind of facetime. obviously, they submitted whatever documents he stated and it wasnt enough. which pretty much mean the ONLY THING LEFT is to SEE each other IN PERSON

right? if Paul and I got an RFE for lack of bonafide relationship I'm afraid I'd write them back and ask them if they were DAFT. 40+ visits, documented, over almost 3 years by the time we get to interview.  Plus additional joint stuff usually only required for AOS or CR1. lolololol
