I just reviewed your other posts.......I think there is something else going on other than the tax transcripts..........what other red flags are in your case?   How often do you see your wife?

Did you submit to them transcripts?    If so are there any discrepancies between the 1040 supplied and the transcripts?   If you wife is well above the poverty line it must be something in addition.   If she was below they would have typically asked for a cosponsor.   Did anything else come up in the interview?

I agree that there is more to this story.....red flags, questionable relationship, etc.

Is there a large age difference?

Either of you married before?

Different religions?

If returned to NVC you'll have to wait several months to get a response from USCIS.  The NOIR will explain all the embassy's concerns.   If you can think of any other issue they have you can start preparing now before it comes in.   When our case was returned we were spot on for what we thought the issue was and had everything ready to rebut.   Our interview did not go well every issue the embassy brought up during the interview was also in the NOIR, although, I was still shocked it was returned for those reasons at least I was prepared to reply.

If you have no idea as to why they returned the case, then you can do nothing until your wife receives the official letter......I agree with @Ahmed&Freda

guys can we apply k-3 now?

No.....K-3 is obsolete......and most importantly, why would you want to re-apply if you don't know the reason for the first denial???

Depends what the reason is, impossible to comment without being given that information.

Thank you Missileman, suppose we knew the reasons still embassy won't listen us and will send case to NVC

Like @Boiler, stated.  It depends on the reasons.  Keep in mind that even if you were to re-file, you will still have to deal with the same consulate.........I would just wait until my wife received the official documentation........there will probably be more reasons there than you suspect.
