Raleigh/Durham, NC - AOS Interview; I-693 or DS-3025?

Timeline

I know another medical exam isnt necessary, since the one that was done for K1 hasnt expired yet, but did you just bring the DS-3025 to the interview or get it transcribed by civil surgeon? I did not incl the I-693 in the AOS packet, just the DS-3025, no RFE was given but now it's time for interview...

Timeline

I bought my DS-3025. Before I did the interview, the letter asked for another exam because it wasn't updated or they didnt have it. When I did the interview, the officer said I shouldn't need another exam but if you have it, he would take it. I told him I didn't and said it was fine.
