My wife and I are preparing our packet for NVC. We completed the DS261 and paid the AOS fee last week. It cleared and now we are waiting for the IV invoice. My question pertains to side loading evidence to NVC for the Embassy.

Our I-130 was approved in 7 months with no RFEs. I've visited 6 times and stayed the entire summer. My 7th visit is already booked for our one-year wedding anniversary in October. Of course, I plan to attend the interview (unless otherwise directed by the Embassy), which will be visit #8.

Some say that side loading to NVC is unnecessary but my concern is over a couple of red flags that I proposed on the first visit and we married 3 months after my divorce. We hope the evidence might counteract those.

Primary evidence: cell phone bill, auto insurance, and other mail in both names; will and advance directives, her as beneficiary POD bank accts, life insurance, and pension).

Supplementary Evidence:

So, should we include additional updated photos (20 were sent to USCIS but that was up ti Oct 2017), chat logs (a few also sent), and Western Union receipts?

I'm confused about this last one because, the prevailing thought on VJ is that WU receipts might have a negative impact but on the other hand, I'm wondering if it might actually help in that it shows an ability to support the spouse in the USA. My wife and I have actually taken care of each other in every sense (including financially) throughout our marriage, especially when I've been there in the DR. She does work but I also help as most spouses should. What I've sent has been used to as a supplement.

This is lengthy but I wanted to include everything into one post rather than break it up into several topics. Your advice is most appreciated.

I don't know much about your embassy but it if it primarily a difficult one that tends to NOT look over evidence brought to the interview I would recommend sending to NVC with the hope it will be reviewed before the interview.   The Wester Union receipts can have a negative impact our interview they asked why my husband would send me money.  My reply was why wouldn't he...it didn't come up again.
