Final Steps: Assembling My Packet

Hello everyone,

 

I am finally assembling my packet and hope someone can tell me if I'm missing anything !

 

1.Cover Page:

• Lists everything in the packet ( check is paper clipped to the top)

2. G-1145 

• I also paper clipped our passport photos (signed our names on the back of them as well)

3.  I-129F Packet

4. Additional information for I-129F ( labeled, signed and dated)

• Also included a page of our love story in timeline format as additional information to the question that asks circumstances of our in-person meeting ( labeled, signed and dated)

5. Copy of my naturalization certificate

6. Copy of front page of my passport ( just in case)

7. Letters of intent to marry (dated and signed )

8. Proof of ongoing relationship ( 8 pages with 2 pictures on each page)

9. Proof of meeting (stamps in passport, boarding passes, luggage tags, and hotel confirmations)

10. Proof of meeting ( includes pictures from our vacation and summer together)

11. Thank you page

 

P.S I will sign each page ( should I date it as well ? )

 

Am I missing anything ?!

With proof of ongoing relationship I included text messages, phone call details, and Facetime call logs. In case you didn't already put that in.

You are good, nothing is missing. I don't think signing each page is necessary but you can write your A number instead

I would put the passport pictures inside a sandwich zip lock bag to preclude getting lost, paper clips can pop off at any time. If you include your passport include ALL pages blank or not. You did say letters of intent you do mean plural the petitioner and the beneficiary correct? Travel / ticket itinerary along with the items you mentioned. be sure to check your payment  is for the correct amount and that you are using the correct edition (date) of the I-129F. All cover letters signed and dated check for signature on your I-129F. I know you said passport but your birth certificate would not hurt. It does call for either or use the long form translated to English if applicable.

Do you think I need the passport copies at all though ? I included the first page just in case because I feel more calm that way. And yes I have letters of intent for both my fiance and I. My birth certificate is from Ukraine and I would need to translate that

If you are going to submit your passport then yes all pages better to be safe than sorry.

your naturalization is good enough. I would suggest both passport (i did, since have dual citizenship)
