Just filled last august 23 dcf manila. Now we are waiting for approval. We are gathering things to proof of my husband domicile since birth he was here in the ph. He acquired his citizenship through his father. He has SSS number and planning to open bank account in US through internet. And my aunt is asking the requirements need in the school for my daughter. We are staying in my auntie for the mean time and she is going to make a letter that we can stay with her. What are the other proof can we provide?

Job offer in the US for your spouse, state IDs, US driver's license, most importantly US tax returns (since your husband was required to file those).

He needs to go to the US to do most of the stuff..

Did he file US taxes? Did he work in the Philippines?

My spouse is a dual citizen who hadn't lived in the US since he was a child. He moved to the US ahead of our son and I. He got a job, apartment, drivers license and caught up on all his taxes. All this evidence was needed at the interview.

I would look up proof of domicile and go through the steps to show your spouse has established ties. This isn't something you can normally do through the internet. How does your spouse plan on financially supporting you and filling out the i864?
