Hello all,

My husband went to his interview in Juarez Mx in Jan 2017 with an approved I601a. He was denied his visa for fraud/misrepresentation. In May 30, 2017 we filed an I601 and just received an approval notice for the I601 on Aug 27, 2018.

The notices gives me no information. I assume we might need a new medical exam. Has anyone else had this happen to them, or what should we expect next? Thanks.

Could you be a little more specific on the whole misrepresentation? Please

We filed the i601 in May2017, and was approved in August of 2018, second interview at the consular office in Ciudad Juarez was Nov 13,2018. Husband was back in the states by Dec 16.

For our case it was Fraud/Misrepresentation. Im at work so I dont have the codes for them. Basically in our hardship letter we sent we told them he entered the US twice, but it wasnt documented on the forms. Thats what my husband got denied for.
