Filing I-751 petition soon in September

Hi everyone! I'm going to file my I-751 soon in this coming September.

Ok, I'm now worried about I am unable to provide sufficient evidences to proof our marriage is real.

We don't have any lease/mortgage, utilities or bills because I am living with my spouse's parents since 2016.

What docs we are going to send with this application are:

1 - Joint Tax return transcripts for year 2016 and 2017.

2 - Vehicle Leasing Agreement and Registration show both names.

3 -  Auto Insurance for the leasing car shows both names.

4 - Joint checking account from 2016 - recently, but we didn't have many transactions on this since we both have solo separate bank account.

5 - Two credit card accounts but I am the authorized user on the 2 cards. So, there is only my spouse's name on the statement.

6 - The 401K Beneficiary Designation form that shows I am the primary beneficiary of my spouse.

7 - Same address on both driver's license.

8 - Greeting cards from friends sent to me or my spouse that show same address.

9 - Travel docs such as flight tickets show both of our name, hotels reservations during trips, ticket of universal studios and show ticket that we went together in Las Vegas.

10 - Employee health insurance of my spouse covered for year 2016 and 2017, it's 1095-B form sent by IRS. I decided to quit from the plan because the health's care was expensive and I have a separate health care since 2018.

11 - Pictures during our trip.

12 - Two affidavit letters from friend and cousin.

These are all we have and can anyone here advise what we missed?

I don't see a problem with what you have, it is plenty enough. If you are worried about the utilities/bills, ask your spouse's parents to write a letter stating that you both reside with them and that all the utilities/bills have their name. Get a ntary stamp on the letter as well. I have a similar situation where all my utility bills are included in the rent, so I had my landlord sign a letter stating that. 🙂 If you have phone bills together, include that, but you have a pretty good list!!!

Don't worry and good luck!

Looks good, you might also think about setting up wills, and a living trust, and getting life insurance showing each other as the beneficiaries.
