You have to check state laws for wills and POA. I wrote my will on a McDonald's napkin and signed it, and that's a legal will here in Nevada. Most all of those you can fill out yourself like other people have said. Unless you have dozens of properties, and millions in the bank, should be pretty easy.

Check in your city or town, here we have a place called legal aid of Nevada that helps you with things like these for Free. I used them to help me with a few things, and they were very helpful. Google free legal help in X town, and you should find something.

i have couple of questions regarding power of attorney, living will i was told that there are websites like legal zoom helps in making you theses documents how these website help?are they lawyers and their firms and companies?do they need our personal information?is it safe to give them our personal information to them?how much do they charge for these letters?how do they send us letters via mail or email?anybody has his/her personal experience with making such letters then please help

I used Legal Zoom for my spouse's Will and Power of Attorney/Medical as well. They were fine and not too bad in price (way way less than attorney). They guide you step by step. Sent copies to USCIS of this and other information to justify the ROC. (No interview either with the AOS or the ROC by the way).

janet3 you mean you just googled the template and filled in your information and then you would get signature  from witnesses and get notarized right?

Exactly. I think one of them requires a notary but two of them require two witnesses......

I just use the free trail period of different law sites (rocket lawyer, Law depot). Create the document and cancel the subscription within a week. I did this for a rental agreement and our prenub. For the living will I just used a template online and change it to what my husband and I wanted specifically. Be sure to search Florida templates since every state is different . A living will is just a piece of paper with your wishes. There is no need for a lawyer to get involved in this except if you have very complicated wishes. Google different living wills and read the text and add the texts you feel comfortable with in yours. As far as I understand in Florida you either need 2 witnesses OR a notary public. Hand one copy over to your primary physician and make sure other family members know about it too.
