Confused about collecting passport

Hi 

 

I have got my visa issued( yayy)

Now I am asked to register myself for courier service. I am filling out an online form (registering myself for courier) but I am confused about the ADDRESS LINE 1 thing. 

 

I live in lahore and want to pick up my passport from American Express and thats the address of American Express in Lahore. 

 

U.S. Visa Services Centre
4th Floor, PIA Town Office
Tower Block, Egerton Road

 

 

I am confused whether its asking for the address I mentioned above or my own personal home address line 1 ?

Fill this form at Traveldocs.com/pk and tiur passpprt will arive, you are going right 

No address which is mentioned in your passport and ds 260
