DS-160 Form Questions /K-1 Visa/

Hello Friends!

Finishing up my DS-160.

I know this has been asked several times but I have some specific questions that I'm confused about.

1) In DS-160 for K-1 visa, I get a question about employment history. I heard not everyone does. So there is space for 2 jobs, I had 3 in the last 5 years. Do I just put the most recent ones or is there a special process to that?

2) When I say "unemployed" in the current employment since I've legally ended my self-employment foreseeing the future move to the US, there's an "explain" box. What do I put there? Just the date when I stopped working?

3) Question if I had US visa denied before. Yes, I had, trying to see my fiance. Do I need to go into details or just say when I applied and been denied in the "explain" box?

4) Ukrainian passport holders. Passport Book Number Error  - what is it? Do we have it?

5) Ukrainians/Russian/Belorussians and anyone who uses a patronymic. Are you listing it in "Given Names"?

Thanks!

1) just put the most recent one

2) can just put your resignation date. It will not affect anything. If they have query, they will ask during the interview.

3) yes. In the explanation box, you can state what type of Visa.

For questions 4 & 5, I can't help to answer that query.

DISCLAIMER: I'm not working with USCIS/NVC and never work with them. All my comment based on my own experience and what I read.

We don`t have a 'passport book  number, I'm afraid. My FL111111 is in particular a 'passport number' and there are no other. Also I don't have patronymic in international passport, nobody normally in Ukraine does, it is not a given name
