We have our interview next week in Naples, Italy. 

 

On the medical exam instructions it lists that she needs to bring :

 

Your visa interview letter

Your passport

Four (4) recently taken passport-sized color photograph,

A copy of your immunization records

 

 

What exactly is "the visa interview letter"? 

 

Would it be the attachment from Naples stating they received our approved petition?

Your Visa appointment letter. The one you print from the US embassy website after you schedule the interview. Something like this.

It's the confirmation letter for your interview. They'll ask you for that. I think I printed mine from my e-mail, but you can do it from the website too.
