Our case was reaffirmed by USCIS back to Dakar this August. Hoping it will arrive at the embassy in the next three months for interview scheduling. Beginning of the federal FY so fingers crossed they get him in and issue the Visa this go round with out the extra shenanigans.

Hi.  My fiancé is going to be facing Senegal Embassy in the future.  Please, do you mind telling us why they sent your case back to USCIS?  Thanks & good luck.

Did your husband went for the interview?

No he has not been scheduled for an interview yet. I received an email from the embassy in Dakar, and they haven't received his package to schedule to interview as of last week.
