I-130...am I right?

So I'm filling out the I-130. I have a couple of questions.

1. When filling out the part "Information About the Beneficiary's Family", do I write the children that we have had together? They are both American citizens.

2. For proof of bona fide marriage...we don't have a lease together. We don't have a bank account together. I am going to include the following for proof of bona fide marriage. Is there anything you would also include or not include? Do you think this is enough?

  • Marriage certificate
  • Children's birth certificate
  • Photos of our history together (married 11 years), printed onto A4 paper with concise captions
  • Copy of our Resident IDs for Taiwan (current country of residence), showing shared address
  • Copy of separate mobile phone bills, showing shared address

3. My wife used to be a resident of the USA. She filed form I-407 to officially abandon. On this current I-130 that I am filling out, do I include her previous AIN in the allocated space? I think so, but my doubt is that because she abandoned, perhaps they don't consider it 'hers' anymore.

Thanks for much for your time and attention!

hi

even if she abandoned the GC, a number is given for life. immigration will give her a new card with the same number, anywhere where it requests the A# or SS number if she had a social security number, those numbers are hers forever

I had a GC when I was a child, I had to return to my country, I lived in my country for 25 years, and my mom filed for me. I got the same number that I had from my first GC

list all your children

List all the children of your spouse.  Do NOT list YOUR children that are NOT the children of your spouse, if any.

There are only our children. List them. Correct?

Also, do you have any feedback on my list of proof of a bona fide marriage?

Thanks!

You list yourself and your wife's children.

Do you have any other evidence? Just photos and some separate bills?  Nothing else that shows you live together and share a life?

We currently have resident IDs in Taiwan that show we live in the same place. I might be able to get a document from the government listing who lives at this address.

That's about it. Does it help that she was previously a green-card holder through our marriage?

What did you have at that time showing you guys lived together and shared lives?

You could provide powers of attorney, medical powers of attorney, living wills, any bills at all that are in joint names during the duration of your marriage, cards addressed to both of you?

11 years and you have two children and some joint ID and photos?

Boarding passes? Itineraries? Any family vacations?

Her natural or adopted children and you as her spouse.   That her children are also your children is not relevant in this context.  Your evidence should be sufficient for a couple living together abroad.

Just a comment regarding A number

Yes, always put the old A number where requested

We were LPR for 10  years 1980 to 1990, voluntarily relinquished our GC to return to Australia, and then applied in 2015 under IR5.. parents of USC.  We both received A numbers that were different to our previously issued numbers, .... SSN remains the same

Oh, it was even less. Pretty much just a marriage certificate. There have been some vacations over the past few years. Are you suggesting printing flight receipts as proof?
