Good day VJ’ers. Me and my fiancé are expecting an rfe to arrive in the mail this week. We suspect it’s about from the Dating Site where we met. Last march 5, 2018 I emailed the Christian Dating For Free admin to provide us a letter that they don’t fall under IMBRA. My question is, can we still use the letter they sent to us even if it was dated March 5, 2018? Will this statement and TOS suffice in response to our RFE?  Thank you everyone in advance.BA6A5AE2-E8E1-4326-A865-C9199D69EC58.thumb.jpeg.40d3d548eaa72de160977a7f63bb93a8.jpeg

Hi Lucy,

Yes, it will be enough, the date shouldn't matter.

Why didn't you include that in the I-129f to begin with? Did you not consider it or was there a specific reason?

I wasn’t aware about IMBRA rfe before we filed.😢😢 only later on around February while browsing VJ forums.

Does that mean it’s ok even if the date is not updated?
