I'm going through the I-134 form for a K1 visa petition for my fiance, and there were a few of the questions I wanted to confirm.

Part 1, Number 10: USCIS Online Account Number (if any): Is this the number that I used to check on the status of my case with USCIS like at the website https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus , also known as Receipt Number? Or is this some other number that I am unaware of?

Part 3, Number 10: Dependents' Information: I assume here that this includes any dependents that I already have (such as children for example if I had any), and does not refer to my fiance at all.

Part 3, Number 38: I intend/not to make specific contributions to the support of the person(s) named in Part 2: This I am less sure about. The person in Part 2 is my fiance. I intend to provide support for her (although she has her own money as well), including room, board, food, etc., but I am unsure if this question means something separate and more formal.

(If you select "intend," indicate the exact nature and duration of the contributions you intend to make in Part 7. Additional Information. For example, if you intend to furnish room and board, state for how long and, if money, state the amount in U.S. dollars and whether it is to be given in a lump sum, weekly or monthly, and for how long.)

^that would be a weird dynamic- but i guess some people live that way (?) :) Most people do not check either box (see example form on here) However you can check yes and add n/a k1 visa. Do not check no, some people have had issues in the past and needed a new form.

Dependents are any children you have (even if they dont live with you) and generally speaking anyone else you would claim on your taxes as a dependent.

If you have an online acct number you can enter it. If you dont leave it blank

Thanks.

I agree, it seemed like it would be a bit odd to check the box, but I wanted to make sure that not checking it wouldn't make them think that I wasn't going to sponsor my fiance, or something like that. That would be an unfortunate RFE if I was wrong 😆
Good call on looking at the example form as well. I thought that the question asking about past visa petitions submitted referred to people other than my fiance, and so I would have left it blank, which seems to be different from what the example did.

One last thing I forgot. It asks for my fiance's A-Number. Last time I left this blank because we had never applied for anything before. I noticed on the I-797/NOA2, that there was something in the Beneficiary column that started with an 'A' followed by 9 digits. It was not explicitly labeled as an 'A-Number', but it seems like that is supposed to be the A-Number?
