I-1864 Using my (beneficiary) assets for I-1864

So weve started the process and submitted the Petition to the London USCIS.
Preparing stuff for the next stage.

My wife the USC fills in the !-1864 I believe. She lives in UK and obviously her income will stop when we move, so her current USA income is nil. The form asks for current income, but am i Right insaying we put nil
in this bit as she wont have that when we move.
Her assets don,t cover the poverty line requirement of 5 x $20,575.  However the house in my name is for sale and that alone will easily cover the $102k needed, plus I have savings accounts.
So basically the requiremnts will be covered by myself the beneficiaries assets.

Will this be sufficient for the London interview, or do you think we should also get a joint sponsor (she has sisters residing in USA )

If it is sufficient am i correct in saying I dont fill out a I-1864A  , just need to take evidence to the interview ??

Thank you

the form is called the I-864.

Her assets need to cover 3x the poverty guidelines not 5x (as this is a spouse visa.)

Do you completely own the house that is for sale or is there a mortgage on it?  To use a home one must minus the mortgage from the professionally appraised value of the home.

To be honest a joint sponsor is often easier than attempting to use foreign assets of the beneficiary.

Well the assets are in my name the beneficiary.  So we would need at 3x $41,150

The house, in my sole name, has equity of $180k and I have savings well over the $41 k needed.

I am selling the house to move and will both relocate to USA from UK

So would us just using my assets be ok without getting a joint sponsor

Thanks

The house needs to be professionally appraised and the mortgage deducted from that appraisal. If that is 180k and you have 41k you shouldnt have issues.  You wont really know until interview though.
