when the NVC transfer your case to the emabassy, you just have to way for the interview, the embassy comunicate with the national visa center to Schedule Appointment, when that happen the NVC will send you a letter with the date of the interview and what to bring to the embassy.

In my country there are no packet 3. You can read in local forum of your country

Hi, i Didnt call the embassy yet, but today i was picking the package, and say, that i have to travel to USA before december 19th. they give me 3 month of visa,

Yes, Issued 11 oct,  expire on december 19, when i arraive to USA, i have to give all the documents to the inmigration officer, and betwen 30 o 45 days they give me the green card.

As for me they did not say if they will give o will not give me visa K1. 

They told only that they need time for to decide and asked for a document... Hard to say  it will be visa or denied...

Thanks, but in your case i hope they not going to denied the visa, they just need time to make a conclusion. i know is hard, i was feeling down, 77 days and nothing yet, i wish you the best luck in your process.
