I am in administrative processing since 73 days. No status change but update once. Frustrated

mine was 62 after the 1st update, after that it was updated twice on 04 and 09 of October,

Note: they asked me for a sponsor, the lawyer told me to send the copies of the i864 because the nvc sent the originals to the embassy, I am afraid that because of the documents being not original the embassy has kept me.

Make sure you check you email.

If i were you, i would contact the embassy just to make sure that they dont have anymore requirements.

My case updated today but no email or reply of my mail. I sent them scan copies of signed documents to USA embassy. Don't know how much longer it will be

Mi caso actualizado hoy, pero no hay correo electrónico o respuesta de mi correo. Les envié copias impresas de documentos firmes a la embajada de Estados Unidos. No sé cuánto tiempo será

I wrote this to the support of the embassy by email:

On July 17, the documents that the embassy requested through an email that came to my wife, in the attached file is the letter from the embassy, please inform if they need any additional documents or with the envoy is enough , this in order to avoid any delay during the process.

And they write me again as a computer answer:

We appreciate your kind communication with our visa information service center for the United States.

We understand that you want information about the status of your request.

We inform you that your visa application is being processed at the Embassy / Consulate. Most of the administrative processing is resolved within 60 days of your interview for the visa or the submission of supplementary documents, whichever is the last. When an additional administrative process is required, the length of processing time may vary depending on the circumstances of each case.

You can be sure that once the process has been completed or if the Embassy needs additional information, you will be informed about it.

As an alternative, follow the link: https://ceac.state.gov to check the status of your case, selecting "Verify my state visa application" in "Non-immigrant" or "Immigrant."

We hope to clarify your query.

Sincerely,
Support Service to the GSS Program of the Embassy of the Unit

That's the typical response. Just email every three weeks. Also reach out to your senator or congress person if you are  not getting the right response.

Hi Everyone, Please guide me if you can..I have got my case number from NVC for K1 visa , my US Embassy is in Islamabad, Pakistan .
Now my question is what should be my other steps to schedule my interview?
My case has not yet transferred to my local embassy but soon it will be transferred so should I make a appointment for medical? and what would be the next step after this?
Thanks

i dont think you got to make appointment by yourself, The NVC comunicates with the embassy to make you the appointment, and after that the NVC comunicate with you and tell you when is the appointment and what bring to the interview, when make the medical appointment. you dont have to pay for the interview cause you pay the fee of the affidavit support and  inmigrant visa application processing fee.
