January 10th filer still waiting on NOA2. My package was organized in chronological order - extremely neat.... we’ve never been married, no kids, no criminal record for either one and within the paat twelve months traveled to see him 5 times.... so still waiting lol  March filers would be extremely lucky to get approvals right now.

So you don’t tell us what country or the type of visa. Fill in your timeline and perhaps others can give you a bit more guidance. Good luck!

you should make a profile that includes country and watch that portal here

read the posts and embassy reviews

Morocco is a high fraud country and Nebraska is slow to process

i will assume it is spousal visa as u say Nebraska but do a profile and timeline and take the answers from Morocco to get the best information

check my timeline

You just wait. It's not like they owe you something. Your time will come. Immigration is not a right. It's a privilege.

Approvals/review of cases are not in the first come first served order. Idk what their process is but that’s why they provide ranges of time for case processing.

Today is the one year anniversary of my N400 biometrics (I filed in July 2017). The uncertainty of waiting is really difficult, and I’m not going to lie - sometimes my joy for others who attain their citizenship before I do is tainted with jealousy. However, I just have to let go and have some faith in the process. All we can do is be there for each other. ❤️

Life isn't "fair", but the wait you are in is mostly luck when your case gets processed. It's fair every time I lose the lottery even if I buy a ticket every day of my life (assuming it's not rigged...) but somebody else tries once and they win.

Heres the thing about complaining, especially on a site such as this. No one really cares.

you see... we are ALL waiting, some people YEARS AND YEARS or they have done their TIME waiting and are now together.  we've been waiting since May. that is not only NORMAL that is NOTHING to people who are still waiting from 2017 or even 2016 in a few (albeit unusual) cases.

but no one wants to be around people who complain.  well, at least I don't. I could complain, but no one cares, so ... why bother? keep yourself busy and keep waiting. just like everyone else is doing or has done.

i 485, 130, EAD and AP

04/09/2019    NOA1 received/check cashed i 485 and 130 (direct adjustment)

11/7/2019      Interview- Norfolk

11/10/2019    APPROVED (notification rec'd 11/10, approval dated 11/8)

CR1 for Child under 21 (20 at time of filing)- Filed by LPR Spouse for his son

4/4/20     Mailed packet

4/12/20   NOA1 rec'd

There are always people applied after you and got their approvals first. It happens to all categories. I was in the same situation and was complaining too but it is what it is. You will get there. Good luck friend!

Our case took 7.5 months to get approved by USCIS. Nebraska is a slower location unfortunately. I know waiting is the hardest thing to do but just stay busy and positive. You can also check your status online, which we basically checked the online status daily and I called USCIS every so often just to make sure nothing bad had happened to our case.

My friend case is still pending from Nebraska and he sent his case on Jan of this year - first time marriage.   Your case is still in normal processing time, just need to be patient.
