Concurrent filing for parent (I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131)

Hi, im filing a concurrent filing for my father, he's here in the US right now as a tourist visa. Here are the checklist that I'm sending. Please let me know if I'm missing something before I send it.. Thanks in advance....

 

I-130 Form and Supporting Documents

Petition for Alien Relative

 

1.    Payment in the amount of US$ 535 (Filing fee + Biometrics fee)

2.    Form G-1145 E-Notification of application/petition acceptance

3.    Duly accomplished I-130 Form

4.    Copy of Naturalization Certificate (Petitioner)

5.    Copy of petitioner’s birth certificate showing the names of both parents

6.    Copy of petitioner parent’s marriage certificate establishing that petitioner’s father was married to petitioner’s mother before petitioner was born. (Civil Wedding)

7.    Copy of petitioner parent’s marriage certificate establishing that petitioner’s father was married to petitioner’s mother before petitioner was born. (Church Wedding)

8.    Copy of Certificate of Finality (Correction of clerical error in the Certificate of Live Birth of the petitioner)

9.    Joint affidavit of two disinterested person (Clerical error in the Certificate of Live Birth of the petitioner)

 

I-485 Forms and Supporting Documents

Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status

 

1.    Payment in the amount of US$ 1,225 (Filing fee + Biometrics fee)

2.    Form G-1145 E-Notification of application/petition acceptance

3.    Duly accomplished I-485 Form

4.    Copy of beneficiary birth certificate

5.    Copy of beneficiary current passport (biographical page, visa as well as entry stamps)

6.    Copy of beneficiary I-94, Arrival-Departure Record

7.    (2) 2x2 size colored photos with name at the back

8.    Sealed envelope for the Form I-693 signed by a USCIS recommended civil surgeon.

9.    Duly accomplished form I-864, Affidavit of support with the following documents:

·      Copies of IRS tax transcripts for the past three (3) years (2017,2016,2015)

·      Most recent checking account & savings statement

·      Copy of birth certificate of the petitioner

·      Biographic page of passport of petitioner

10.   Duly accomplished form I-864, Affidavit of support (Joint Sponsor) with the       

        following documents:

·      Copies of IRS tax transcripts for the past three (3) years

·      Copy of Naturalization Certificate (Joint Sponsor)

 

I-765 Form and Supporting Documents

Application for Employment Authorization

 

1.    Form G-1145

2.    Duly accomplished I-765 form

3.    Copy of biographic page of passport

4.    Copy of Visitor (B2) visa page

5.    Form I-94

6.    (2) 2”x 2” size colored photos with name at the back.

 

I-131 Form and Supporting Documents

Application for Travel Document (Advance Parole)

 

1.    Form G-1145

2.    Duly accomplished I-131 form

3.    Copy of biographic page of passport

4.    Copy of Visitor (B2) visa page

5.    Form I-94

6.    (2) 2”x 2” size colored photos with name at the back.

you don't need to send your bank account since you have a joint sponsor, but you are missing the joint sponsor's financial proof

 

aside from the taxes, he needs,  copies of paystubs, copies of w2s, employment letter, optional,
