Hello All,

 

In researching the requirements for a USC to bring over their foreign parents to the US, I am trying to figure out what the situation may be for my husband who's national identity card, taskira, which also serves as the birth certificate, only has his father's name.  Papa died before my husband immigrated here and the marriage of his parents was done without documentation.  Any ideas on how to establish mother-son relationship?  Are alternative DNA tests available?
