My fiancé will be at St Lukes….bright and early Tuesday morning....(with the holiday on Monday....she didn't want to risk...the later arrival).  When she pre-registered she printed out the following requirement list (see attached).  Regarding items 'd' and 'e'.... we do not yet have item 'd', letter from NVC with case number, as it has been sitting there for 8 days.  But we do have our MNL number, because I called in, and got it.  The ST Lukes page makes it sound like NVC letter is needed!?  However....when I look at the Visa Connection help page, I see this:

3) Copies of NVC letter with MNL#  OR  Confirmation Page from scheduling interview online at embassy.  SLEC asks for two (2) copies.      (NVC Instructions Letter is for immigrant visas, not K-1 ( !! K-1 you could use a copy of your CEAC status page as it does show your MNL#, SLEC has accepted this just fine,  FYI K-1 is processed as an IMMIGRANT VISA)

With the emphasis on...."OR"....  We have the "OR"....the confirmation page of embassy interview. (scheduled for a later date)  So getting to my question.....it would kill me inside...if my fiancée took this 12 hour bus trip (one way)...and she needed a copy of the NVC letter....which we don't have yet.   So can somebody absolutely say.....Don't worry Doug...if you have the interview confirmation page....you are good to go.  :)

What I believe is my CEAC status page....seems of little value, as it does not even have her name....and just says...."At NVC"....  I will also attach a copy of that.... I thought it would have more information than that???  Maybe I am not on the status page???

Can someone confirm...that the second attachment...is my CEAC status page???  (thank you)

Thank You all, for helping me muddle my way to happiness!

My fiancé went to St. Lukes around 1 pm on a Wednesday, she did the CFO in the morning.  Took about one hour for the medical, she went back on Thursday for the results.

Does she have time to do that? Or is she on limited time with a interview date same week?

Just when you think you have TDS eradicate,  a new case shows up.

Yes use the CEAC status page, St. Luke's is happy with that, plus the interview confirmation .

Arriving DARK and early isn't necessary, but again, that is your choice.

Trust the process. What we share with you will work. Like Hank said you do not have to be their early, like dark early.

Her interview is a different week.  Because Monday is a Phil holiday....she/we were worried that St Lukes would have double the crowd....on Tuesday.  Also she like to take the overnight bus to Manila....as it is a shorter ride with less traffic....so that naturally puts her into Manila, in the pre-dawn hours.  As a Filipina...she is naturally tougher than us Americans....hehhe… and has no qualms with lines and waiting.

hello! I took my Medical at SLEC just last Thursday, Aug 23.  I do not have an Interview Schedule yet so I just presented by DS-260 confirmation page, I was just asked if I am sure to take the medical with no interview sched and I said YES with conviction :) (But actually, I was anticipating the time in case I have to undergo sputum test which thankfully I did not)

I arrived 10am but was registered after 1.5hours since they prioritize the senior citizens and those with kids. I completed Day 1 at 3:30pm, my patience was really tested with the waiting time and thinking that their process can still be improved 😂  I heard someone from my seat that they were there at 5am but I was completed ahead of them.  There was less people too when I arrived on Friday 1pm for my 2nd day.

There could be more people on Tuesday due to Monday holiday so if she will just stay in a hotel nearby, I suggest to take the medical in the afternoon, Thursday.  Also, always follow up with the assigned person per area if she's already in the queue if she's been waiting for 20-40min already for a particular step.

But as they say, it's really up to you guys on what time you prefer to be there
