Police certificate from other country [solved]

I was born and still live in the UK, and i was in belgium for 3-4 years, kept going back to my own country every once in a while , i never worked in  belgium.
I know i have to get police certificate from other countries, i wanted to know if there was a chance of getting caught out if i didnt send them the police certificate from belgium, i have no criminal records, i just want to avoid going through the hassle of getting the certificate and paying even more fees, would it be possible for them to find out i lived in belgium if i dont mention it or put the certificate?

Do not EVER lie (by omission or otherwise) to USCIS/the Consulate, anyone in immigration.

It's safer to go through the hassle now and get the police certificate than  go through the hassle later when  you are found out.
