I don’t think this is true under US law at all.

Absolutely, she can Divorce or maybe Annul in her State.

It was arranged but I asked couple of time from her mother and her that are you agreed ,  are you happy to marry with me ,   Her mother told me if she not happy and agreed then I never say yes,   She also told me couple of times she agreed .

Maybe she’s not in love with you anymore. But don’t conclude yet until you find out from her. She might be going through something depressing & might not feel comfortable sharing it for now but off course it shouldn’t be at this time when you need her the most.

Reschedule your interview & work things out with her. I bet you’ll be fine. All the best!

This may be the answer.

Good piece of advice for you, I think she is done with you. You should consult US Divorce attorney  to get consultation of how you can file the divorce in US.

It might be quicker to get divorce in US than Pakistan.

Here is something that might be helpful in your

I know you’re like in denial but you’ve exhausted all your avenues to contact her and her family and no one wants to talk to you and you can tell they are receiving your messages. I’ll say it again she’s done with you. I know you’re trying to salvage this but if she doesn’t want it you can’t force it. It takes two to tango. File for a divorce and move on with your life. Cancel the interview and withdraw the visa. And again move on.

@Aster you are not telling us the whole picture😎

A lady and her family members would not ignore you just for no reason. There were some events that led to this situation to happen.

ROC

12/11/2018 - I-751 mailed (requested a fee waiver) to Lewisville, TX via FedEx

12/13/2018 - package delivered

01/02/2019 - received text message from USCIS with case number starting with EAC

01/12/2019 - submitted online e-Request for non-delivery of NOA (the extension letter)

01/24/2019 - received the response to e-Request via e-mail, which says: "Please allow 30 days from the date of this correspondence for the notice to be sent".

01/28/2019 - received NOA (the extension letter), which extends GC for 18 months

01/29/2019 - received biometrics appointment letter

02/08/2019 - biometrics completed

@Aster Unfortunately, we have no idea, you have to ask your wife all of these questions. This is an immigration forum, not a psychological or family therapy forum. Sorry, but you are wasting your time here asking us why your wife and her family members do not respond. We cannot help with this.

I can hear the anguish in your voice...so sorry for that. And, sadly, this woman has obviously changed her mind and is too cowardly to tell you, so she is giving you the "silent treatment," hoping you will get the message and go away. She must not be as mature as you thought. There could be no possible reason for your being ignored. Phones and computers are working, family is reading your emails. It's sad that they are too cowardly to tell you the truth. Even in the worst of situations that could be happening to her, someone would let you know something. So you are going to have to accept that and move on with your life. At least you haven't invested years and years in your relationship. There might be a slight chance she might change her mind, but I sure would not buy a plane ticket. If you don't hear anything by your interview date, don't go because there is no way you would get past that embassy in this shape.

Good luck and just know that God is in charge, not us. Hopefully, you will find someone who will appreciate you.

So she asked you a very important question (which should have been discussed way before even getting engaged) and you said "let's talk about this later".... Yeah when don't like that.
