Was this an arranged marriage?...just wondering as earlier you'd mentioned that the mother and brothers were "involved in the marriage", and they are not speaking to you either.  Possible her family is putting pressure on her (for whatever reason has come up/been discovered) to not continue the marriage?

It was arranged but I asked couple of time from her mother and her that are you agreed ,  are you happy to marry with me ,   Her mother told me if she not happy and agreed then I never say yes,   She also told me couple of times she agreed .

I don't know , what's going on , she is not replying ....  It's bothering me a lot ,   At least tell me what is in her mind ...  I will have to fly other city for interview ,  and I have to book my air ticket , accommodation ,  put leave on work,  documents , etc and one week is  left and  if I don't book then I might not get any seat

As mentioned several times, better to postpone the interview at this point.

You need to move on with your life. I don't think you can salvage your relationship, it doesn't look like she does. And as far as traveling to the US for a visit, sorry to break it to you but your tourist visa is most likely done too. Maybe 10 years down the road when you've completely changed your life around. Right now you're too much of a red flag. You won't get passed the border. Just because you have a valid tourist visa doesn't mean they'll let you passed CBP. You've shown immigrant intent.

Time to move on, focus on what you need to do for you.

Someone earlier asked if you'd messaged her outright asking for a divorce....might be a good idea, just to shake a response out of her, if anything.

Did you pay them anything?

Don’t divorce her .. she is obligated to get consent from  you and will be forced to contact you. Or she will have to come to Pakistan to appear before a court to get divorce .. both ways it’s a great hassle for her which she deserves

I don’t think this is true under US law at all.
