Hello everyone 

Islamabad embassy is returning my case to NVC for revocation of my petition.

beside that my wife making enough income and paid all taxes  but they are still saying income is not meeting the poverty guideline!

i need all of yours opinion and what next steps involved in this revocation of petition?

If you will read embassy instruction on IRS and Federal tax returns we need one of them so, i had federal tax returns and W2 which was not enough its so confusing. i'm attaching embassy instructions screen shoot where you you can read OR between IRS nd fedrel. 

It was passed through NVC because NVC only requires one or the other.   Its the embassy who is requesting the transcripts because obviously they have a concern with your case.   Anyone can send a copy of a tax return but a tax transcripts will prove what exactly was filed.

But still i think its NVC responsibility to ask us about IRS why its weird you go on interview and missing something. I'll not accept its our fault when we have to provide later on then why not in the begning?

Somewhat old topic but are there any other issues/red flags? Don’t they usually tell to get joint sponsor if income not met and submit sponsors files?

So guys only 1 day remaining of my interview at ISLAMABAD Embassy,prepared everything for interview original civil documents and copies of financial documents and some pics and video call screenshots.

The quick thing i need your opinion guys is our lawyer made two mistakes while filling Ds_260,first we missed to add the previous address of mine before marriage of my parents.

Secondly my younger son is not coming with me but my lawyer says YES to question (is this child immigrating with you).but he is not coming with me.

So i should explain to consular these things before interview?

will there be any impact on interview?

Congratulations in advance.  Yes you should tell the consular about the mistake on the day of ur interview ... good luck on ur interview
