Hello! my husband filed cr1 I-130 and got noa1 feb 21 2018 and waiting for noa2 and were wondering if he needs joint sponsor from his grandma bcoz his living in his grandmas house but he have a job and he makes income of $25 thousand last yr and makes more this year. Is that enough or he needs his grandma to joint sponsor?

Does he claim his grandmother on his taxes as a dependent?

 

If not then his CURRENT yearly income needs to be  $20,575 or greater.

 

If yes then his CURRENT yearly income needs to be $25,975 or greater.
