To add to the above, they implemented some (more) server side checks to prevent people from constantly refreshing the scheduling page. I don't think any of the current tools to check it still function as expected anymore. Or maybe they found new ways to function...I'm not up to date on that stuff. I just have an account where I can check the soonest date available, but not any more detail about other changes than that.

Just because case won't be there soon doesn't mean you can't get everything done. You still can finish this in under 30 days is my bet. If you have to reschedule it's not uncommon to cancel and reschedule. 3-4 years ago @Hank_ and I can remember when USEM's interview schedule was full most of the time and you couldn't get an interview until the opened up the next month's schedule and if you didn't get spot then, you would have to wait till someone cancelled or till the next month would open. People were watching and refreshing throughout their day and their other half would take the "watch" when the other was sleeping. Some even devised a computer solution, where they placed their laptop next to their bed and the software application would ping the web page for scheduling for any changes. If a change occurred then the alarm would sound and the individual would have to wake up and grab the appointment that was now available. Some others waiting 60-90 days before they could schedule. This was all because of the devastating Typhoon that hit the Philippines and those who were affected got special expediating of their case.

Yup ..  USCIS was processing all petitions for the Philippines in 90 days or less  (typhoon Yolanda).

That was an interesting time for sure .. no appt openings, people grumbling here on the forum.    I think this timeline now is much less stressful.  ;)

I think I will just change it and do it after 30 days for her as I want to attend the interview with her as well and I am scared if I have to reschedule it at the last minute because they don't have it yet the dates will be a couple weeks in the future and I'll be heading back to USA by then.

This thread has me confused. I thought the NVC scheduled the interview for us? I have case complete with NVC over a week ago, should I be scheduling my interview soon?

This thread is for K1 Visa (fiancé). We make our own schedule unlike Spousal Visa.

Are you doing it under immigrant visa?  That is the one that works the non-immigrant visa doesn't.
