You can always subscribe for Adobe Acrobat Pro. Drawback is it will be subscription based but one month to finish up 130 should be fine. You will prbably wanna renew again for other forms in future

If you have a MacOS, I strongly recommend PDFExpert as it is a one time fee and has student discounts. They also have iPad apps which are awesome and support cloud sync.

It's the edition date, which is usually the date the form was released. It is not an expiration date.

Best to disregard the above, as it is not relevant to your question.  The forms don't expire.  If they are the latest issued, they are the correct forms.  Everything you need to do with the forms can be done quite well with Adobe Reader, which is free from Adobe.

No .

OP edited it after I posted my comment.

Also the forms are not fillable like the N400. You can use annotations (which is technically not filling forms) as a work around but it is a pain to work with it.

But the acrobat form fill is really nice, it will detect for fields and match the font and make life easy overall. No matching font size, resizing annotations and moving them around one pixel at a time to get it to fit perfectly.

And for $15 a month it is probably worthwhile for one month to fill all needed forms just for the ease of use and the time it saves.

Just my two cents.

There are some known issues with all the forms, but the worst case is some fields must be hand written to get the necessary information in them.  All this can be done with Adobe Reader for free.  Still NOTHING to do with "expiration dates" on forms.  The forms are not expired.  The expiration date is not for the forms.  Use the edition date and compare it to what USCIS says about which edition date is current and whether they will accept any earlier versions.  All this information is right next to the download links.

Did you bother reading the strikeout part in OP? The red part below?

I replied to red part below and then OP edited it.

No, I don't usually "bother" reading strikeouts in posts.  But now I understand your answer.
