EAD Question

Hey guys,

I am on a K-1 visa and wasnt sure if my answer to question 16 would be "c 9" as it is in the k1 example for i got off this website or "a 6" as i am applying for my EAD within the 90 days of my K-1 visa.... any ideas??

Depends if you apply for EAD before, at the same time as or after filing for AOS.

Dont bother filing before AOS it is a waste of $$.

A,9 is for before filing for AOS, and c,9 is for filing with AOS, and after filing for AOS. This is also explained in the directions included with form I-765

If you are filing to get a temp EAD valid for the 90 days on your K1 then you are wasting your money it will take 75 -90+ days for them to process it and by then it will be or almost expired.....

You would be much better to file for your EAD along with your AOS....
