They must ask you some extra questions but it shouldn't be a big issue. As long as the previous petition was properly closed (your ex petitioner called the USCIS and officially cancel the petition )

If you are from a high fraud country or it hasn't been long (at least 2 years) since your previous fiancee petitioned for you, expect extra scrutiny, as USCIS and the embassy will want to ensure you are not "shopping" around for a visa.  Make sure you have lots of face time and front load the petition.

No I am not from a high fraud country but yes it’s just this year that I got approved and I am going to file it again. Yes we have started gathering the evidences already. Just that USCIS shouldn’t feel that I am doing this only for going to that country!

You got approved for the first K1 this year and now are going for another? If this is so then, yes, you will likely encounter a lot of scrutiny. Doesn't matter if you are from a high fraud country, it will be seen as "visa shopping".

Just be prepared for some tough questions.
