So my mother in law had to get a waiver done so I did it. I sent it as an expedited case later I get a Request for more evidence...... long story short Mexican embassy calls me today and says my case was approved and that I just need to redo ds260 and medical and valid passport (my mother in laws has expired) so my question is why does it not show approved on USCIS end for waiver? She also said that I needed to go to the window at the consulate to get a letter in order to get medical redone...: my question is would the same old last invoice fee work for ds260..... I’m so sorry I’m so lost I’ve never seen a case like this.would it be stupid to wait till I’m there at consulate and just go redo ds260 in Mexico? It doesn’t take me long to do it
